Processes and precision

Our welding capabilities leverage advanced technologies such as Cold Metal Transfer and Fiber Laser Welding, with Fronius MIG / TIG setups to ensure welding precision within tolerances of ≤0.005 inches.

We cater to both ultra thin and thick gauge metal requirements, capable of handling materials from 0.5mm to 9.5mm in thickness across a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and titanium.

We review CoC (Certificate of Conformance), inspection, and welding documentation requirements during quoting so project teams understand what records are needed before production. Our strategic investment in cobotics cells aims to further reduce production costs while expanding capabilities in innovative manufacturing.
